Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Marine Cargo Insurance, Logistics, or Logistics Software.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a customer success-related role, working directly with customers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong proficiency in written and oral English.
  • Proven experience in project management, process analysis, and change management.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills with high proficiency in data analysis.
  • Ability to create audience-relevant, objective-oriented written documentation.
  • Experience in coaching, training, and mentoring team members.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in meeting facilitation and management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of management contact for assigned customers.
  • Prepare professional presentations and lead customer meetings while capturing meeting minutes and action items.
  • Monitor customer KPIs and track progress against strategic business objectives.
  • Manage customer expectations, satisfaction, and system usage to drive loyalty.
  • Transition low-complexity customers from the implementation team to ongoing support.
  • Facilitate the end-to-end delivery of medium-complexity product enhancements and draft relevant change requests.
  • Identify and uncover potential cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the customer base.
