Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Marine Cargo Insurance, Logistics, or Logistics Software.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a customer success-related role, working directly with customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong proficiency in written and oral English.
- Proven experience in project management, process analysis, and change management.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills with high proficiency in data analysis.
- Ability to create audience-relevant, objective-oriented written documentation.
- Experience in coaching, training, and mentoring team members.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in meeting facilitation and management.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of management contact for assigned customers.
- Prepare professional presentations and lead customer meetings while capturing meeting minutes and action items.
- Monitor customer KPIs and track progress against strategic business objectives.
- Manage customer expectations, satisfaction, and system usage to drive loyalty.
- Transition low-complexity customers from the implementation team to ongoing support.
- Facilitate the end-to-end delivery of medium-complexity product enhancements and draft relevant change requests.
- Identify and uncover potential cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the customer base.
