Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a customer success role within SaaS or the insurance industry.
- 1 year of experience working with national accounts or multiple partners.
- Strong English written and oral communication skills for presenting information in-person and in writing.
- Advanced digital literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously and multi-task.
- Strong emotional intelligence and customer support skills.
- Fluency in French is required for permanent roles in Quebec (training provided if necessary).
- Familiarity with CRM or Customer Success Management tools (preferred).
- Technical aptitude with APIs, cloud platforms, and SaaS architectures (preferred).
- Understanding of the software development and deployment lifecycle (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow customer relationships, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Act as the liaison and advocate between customers and internal teams, such as product development, sales, and support.
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure alignment between customer strategic objectives and Insurity products.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, usage patterns, and key performance indicators to prevent churn.
- Collaborate with Sales to develop and execute strategies for customer retention and expansion.
- Facilitate end-to-end management of cross-functional enhancements and draft statements of work.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and value to drive adoption.
