Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in customer success, account management, or strategic client-facing roles
- Proven ability to manage retention and expansion across a meaningful book of business
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, paid search, analytics, and conversion tracking
- Ability to interpret performance data and communicate insights to senior stakeholders
- Experience running QBRs and engaging with executive-level or business owner clients
- Organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Communication and relationship-building skills for high-stakes conversations
- Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end account health across a portfolio of approximately 100–120 clients
- Lead quarterly business reviews with senior stakeholders to translate performance into ROI
- Manage renewals proactively and mitigate churn risks
- Identify and close expansion opportunities including upsells and cross-sells
- Collaborate with SEO, paid media, content, and web teams to align strategy with client goals
- Handle escalations and performance concerns while maintaining client relationships
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking
- Drive referrals and case-study opportunities from high-performing accounts
