Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in customer success, account management, or strategic client-facing roles
  • Proven ability to manage retention and expansion across a meaningful book of business
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, paid search, analytics, and conversion tracking
  • Ability to interpret performance data and communicate insights to senior stakeholders
  • Experience running QBRs and engaging with executive-level or business owner clients
  • Organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Communication and relationship-building skills for high-stakes conversations
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end account health across a portfolio of approximately 100–120 clients
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with senior stakeholders to translate performance into ROI
  • Manage renewals proactively and mitigate churn risks
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities including upsells and cross-sells
  • Collaborate with SEO, paid media, content, and web teams to align strategy with client goals
  • Handle escalations and performance concerns while maintaining client relationships
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking
  • Drive referrals and case-study opportunities from high-performing accounts
