Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS revenue lifecycle.
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability working in remote global teams.
  • Cybersecurity industry experience (preferred).
  • SQL knowledge (preferred).
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker (preferred).
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, or SPICED methodologies (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SOCRadar's Revenue Operations strategy.
  • Optimize end-to-end sales processes, lead routing, and forecasting methodologies.
  • Partner with Customer Success to improve onboarding, renewals, and health scoring.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead scoring and attribution reporting.
  • Own and improve Salesforce CRM governance, data quality, and automation.
  • Build executive dashboards to track ARR/MRR, pipeline health, and sales productivity.
  • Analyze pipeline trends, territory performance, and capacity planning for leadership.
