- Curiosity about AI and motivation to build scalable playbooks.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of customers end-to-end, from post-signature onboarding through renewal and growth.
- Connect product adoption to meaningful business value.
- Manage complex relationships with multiple stakeholders across revenue, marketing, and operations.
- Support renewals, retention, or expansion in B2B SaaS.
- Act as a trusted long-term advisor as use cases scale.
- Turn learnings into playbooks that scale across accounts.
