  • Curiosity about AI and motivation to build scalable playbooks.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of customers end-to-end, from post-signature onboarding through renewal and growth.
  • Connect product adoption to meaningful business value.
  • Manage complex relationships with multiple stakeholders across revenue, marketing, and operations.
  • Support renewals, retention, or expansion in B2B SaaS.
  • Act as a trusted long-term advisor as use cases scale.
  • Turn learnings into playbooks that scale across accounts.
