Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles, such as Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Consulting.
  • Understanding of customer business goals, organizational complexity, and connecting outcomes to measurable business value.
  • Familiarity with financial services regulatory and compliance drivers (e.g., SOC 2, FedRAMP, PCI DSS, operational resilience frameworks).
  • Working knowledge of software supply chain security, vulnerability management, DevSecOps, container security, or application security.
  • Ability to operate with high autonomy, making independent decisions regarding account strategy and escalations.
  • Strong executive presence with effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization instincts and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Preferred: Prior experience managing strategic accounts at a cybersecurity or infrastructure software company.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting or selling into financial services customers such as banks, asset managers, insurers, or fintechs.
  • Preferred: Previous early-stage startup experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships across customer organizations, from practitioner teams to CISOs and executive sponsors.
  • Lead the business-focused elements of onboarding, including success planning, stakeholder alignment, and value delivery milestones.
  • Facilitate executive business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and complex escalation conversations.
  • Work closely with sales counterparts to identify expansion opportunities, mitigate renewal risk, and build multi-year account strategies.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, influencing Product, Engineering, and Sales roadmaps.
  • Coordinate with Technical Support and Engineering on escalations as the primary business-facing lead.
