- Own product design from problem framing through research, interaction design, high-fidelity UI, prototyping, implementation, and iteration
- Design new interaction patterns for human-AI collaboration to help users understand, guide, and trust autonomous software
- Simplify complex B2B workflows including configuration, integrations, system states, and permissions
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define problems and solutions collaboratively
- Prototype early and often using Figma and AI/code-based tools to test interactions
- Run customer usability sessions to inform design decisions and iterate on product experiences
- Move between systems-level thinking and detailed UI execution, including design QA to ensure high-quality shipping
- Evolve design systems and reusable interaction patterns as the product scales
