Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, with significant time in acquisition, growth, or PLG roles.
- Demonstrated ability to own and improve conversion rate, CAC, or activation metrics.
- Strong background in designing and running controlled growth experiments.
- Technical depth including experience with SQL and reading API documentation.
- Experience managing full-cycle product development from discovery to iteration.
- Experience with B2B SaaS, marketplace, multi-sided platforms, or consumer subscription products.
- Proficiency with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
- AI-fluent, with active usage of tools like Claude or Cursor for workflow acceleration.
- Familiarity with CRM, CMS, and no-code tools for lightweight updates.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build funnels and dashboards independently.
Responsibilities
- Own the acquisition product strategy across segments, defining conversion levers and funnel architecture.
- Design and execute growth experiments from hypothesis to measurement.
- Lead product discovery by engaging with customers to define the product roadmap.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales teams on go-to-market execution and campaign-related product work.
- Define and own key performance indicators (KPIs), including building dashboards and analyzing cohort performance.
- Provide technical expertise for product specifications and architecture trade-offs.
