Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management in a customer-facing, B2B context.
- Deep domain knowledge of observability.
- Prior experience as a software engineer or DevOps engineer.
- Proven ability to build and manage a pragmatic product roadmap.
- Use of Agentic AI tools in your daily workflow to increase productivity and output.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience with developer tooling, build systems, or CI/CD products (preferred).
- Experience with building AI-powered products, agentic workflows, or LLM-based tooling (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Toolchain Observability.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews.
- Develop business cases for new product initiatives.
- Establish the product direction for how AI agents benefit from Develocity’s capabilities.
- Collaborate with the AI strategy team to identify opportunities for AI-driven observability.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from customers, sales, support, and engineering.
- Translate high-level business requirements into prioritized functional requirements.
- Work with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging.
- Evangelize products through customer presentations, conferences, and internal advocacy.
