Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience with full lifecycle ownership.
- Experience in product management for sales tech, CRM, revenue, or GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot).
- Proven experience serving mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Hands-on experience with platform features such as admin consoles, RBAC, permission models, provisioning, SSO, or SCIM.
- Strong systems thinking with a track record of standardizing fragmented product surfaces.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver business outcomes rather than just shipping features.
- High agency and comfort working in ambiguous, unowned problem areas.
- Product design taste and the ability to simplify complex systems.
- Proficiency with data analysis, prototyping, and AI tools for direction validation.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision and roadmap for how Apollo governs access across the rep org: permissions, roles, admin, managers, territory, and assignment.
- Develop a standard permission model to replace fragmented flags and team-level toggles.
- Build the admin experience for users, teams, roles, access, provisioning, and core configuration.
- Create manager experiences for controlling team books, territories, and operating models.
- Implement territory and assignment logic capable of supporting enterprise CRM models and multi-territory requirements.
- Deliver governance and least-privilege controls to facilitate enterprise-level security and trust.
