Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in product management, specifically launching and managing SaaS analytics and reporting products.
- Deep understanding of data warehousing, business intelligence (BI) tools, and reporting systems.
- Experience with high-scale data processing, event-driven architectures, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven ability to execute product strategy, prioritize features, and drive roadmaps in an agile environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret usage data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience influencing cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and managing data consumption pain points.
Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the end-to-end Analytics platform.
- Define, review, and prioritize features for the Analytic Studio and Report Center.
- Manage the product roadmap for Data Services and Data Transporter, focusing on scalability and petabyte-scale ingestion.
- Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to integrate Conversational Intelligence features.
- Define and track key performance indicators and data quality metrics for all pipelines and tools.
- Act as the primary interface between analytics users and Data Engineering teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
