Requirements
- Proven experience owning a product area at a platform level.
- Track record leading multi-quarter, cross-functional technical initiatives.
- AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using LLMs, agents, and AI-assisted tools for work.
- Strong technical depth to shape architecture, evaluate system quality, and define metrics.
- Data-driven decision making with experience defining OKRs and success metrics.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with Sales, CS, and Engineering teams.
- Experience translating ADRs and engineering context into technical specifications.
- Ability to manage trade-offs across performance, scalability, and cost.
Responsibilities
- Own the Employer & Recruiter portal experience, performance, and activation metrics.
- Manage end-to-end business service workflows on the platform.
- Develop agentic AI workflows and tools to improve efficiency for agents and admins.
- Define agentic AI and data use cases including candidate recommendations and automated flows.
- Generate working prototypes and conduct continuous customer-centered discovery.
- Author quarterly product roadmaps and contribute to overarching platform strategy.
- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable PRDs and tickets.
- Mentor peers on technical scoping and agentic AI frameworks.
