Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical product management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management and/or product design.
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex initiatives from concept through launch using established product management practices.
  • Proven experience managing technical products, digital platforms, online services, or customer-facing applications.
  • Experience defining product metrics, analyzing performance, and using data to guide product strategy.
  • Experience managing the full product delivery lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through implementation and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile product experiences, including UX flows and customer journey design.
  • Experience contributing to technical discussions and partnering effectively with engineering teams.
  • Ability to build solutions from the ground up, including problem discovery, design, implementation, and ongoing improvement.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to make informed decisions in complex environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to align teams and communicate effectively from individual contributors to executive leadership.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap while creating alignment with leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Own and manage the product roadmap for customer portal and mobile application experiences, balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical requirements, and operational constraints.
  • Manage product backlogs by prioritizing features, resolving trade-offs, and ensuring teams focus on the highest-impact initiatives.
  • Partner with engineering, UX, operations, business development, vendors, and cross-functional teams to successfully launch and enhance digital products.
  • Develop clear product requirements, user stories, and specifications to support effective delivery and technical execution.
  • Use customer research, usability insights, market analysis, and performance data to guide product decisions.
  • Establish and monitor key product success metrics to measure adoption, engagement, and business impact.
  • Communicate roadmap progress, product updates, and strategic decisions to internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the continuous improvement of product management practices.
  • Identify delivery risks, support resolution efforts, and ensure successful execution throughout the product lifecycle.
