Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with a record of successful delivery.
- Demonstrated experience shipping AI or ML-powered features in a consumer product.
- Experience working with LLMs, recommendation systems, personalization engines, or computer vision.
- Familiarity with the AI/ML development lifecycle, including model evaluation, A/B testing, and prompt engineering.
- Experience in product management for a mobile digital consumer product at large scale.
- Strong critical thinking and analysis skills with the ability to define goals and clear metrics.
- Experience working with design and user research to run experiments and iterate on ideas.
- Experience working in an agile/scrum environment.
- Deep understanding of consumer mobile apps with large-scale audiences.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment and strategy sharing.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the AI product strategy for nutrition and coaching experiences, leveraging LLMs and recommendation systems.
- Partner with engineers, data scientists, and designers to ship AI-powered conversational coaching at scale.
- Own the experimentation roadmap for AI features, including design evaluations and success metric definitions.
- Build 0 to 1 AI products while navigating challenges such as latency, accuracy, hallucination, and user trust.
- Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into clear product requirements and user-facing value propositions.
- Serve as a thought leader for AI product strategy, defining guardrails and best practices for responsible AI usage.
- Lead a cross-functional squad to define and execute a product strategy that achieves business objectives.
- Champion the product operating model using qualitative and quantitative tools to discover valuable solutions.
