Requirements
- Multi-year track record of building and shipping successful customer-facing and platform products.
- Experience managing complete products or large offerings with significant technical complexity.
- Experience working in a fast-moving tech company.
- Demonstrated 'shipping mentality' with a focus on validation through iteration.
- Strong technical understanding to collaborate with engineers on architecture and trade-offs.
- Ability to synthesize unstructured qualitative and quantitative data into actionable problem statements.
- Systems thinking ability to distill use cases into logical, elegant design solutions.
- Experience in business case development and operational process creation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Bonus: Experience building, shipping, and growing products from 0 to 1 over multiple years.
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and strategy for a new set of client-facing AI experiences.
- Own the product roadmap and lead planning, development, launch, and iteration cycles.
- Support and partner with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists.
- Collaborate with internal departments including Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, and Legal/Compliance.
- Elevate the Product Management practice and contribute to an inclusive team culture.
