Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- At least 3 years delivering AI/ML-based features in B2B SaaS or data-rich platforms.
- Proven track record shipping AI-powered features such as search, summarization, or generative drafting.
- Experience with modern LLM tooling and architectures.
- Experience managing model evaluation, observability, and optimization regarding quality, latency, and cost.
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in regulated or high-trust domains.
- Proficiency in SQL and basic Python for data validation and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills for async and distributed environments.
- Ability to thrive in complex, ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for AI capabilities across foundational, generative, and predictive stages.
- Drive the creation of AI-assisted workflows like draft generation and natural-language interfaces.
- Define user experiences, success metrics, and iteration plans for AI features.
- Collaborate with Engineering to define AI infrastructure requirements, including vector databases and prompt frameworks.
- Set and monitor quality benchmarks, evaluation practices, and model observability.
- Implement data protection, access controls, and policy alignment with Security teams.
- Track metrics tied to AI adoption, user efficiency, and planning effectiveness.
