Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role like forward deployed engineering or technical product management at a fast-paced startup.
- Deep passion and curiosity for AI systems and modern LLMs.
- Strong systems thinking skills with ability to translate complex API design and architecture concepts.
- Comfortable using SQL to query data and validate hypotheses.
- Proven track record of taking complex, strategic ideas and turning them into scalable, production-grade products.
- Pragmatic approach to navigating technical tradeoffs and establishing platform standards.
- Experience with or ability to quickly learn tech stacks including CRM, GitHub, and Replit.
Responsibilities
- Define the strategy for migrating prompts from six locations onto a unified platform.
- Own the technical prioritization queue for the AI platform and coordinate with engineering, data, and operations.
- Track emerging technology like voicebot and computer use to inform AI investment decisions.
- Own the OpenAI relationship and Jerry presence in the ChatGPT store.
- Manage and update existing prompt engineering workflows while identifying system bottlenecks.
