Requirements

4+ years of experience in a technical role like forward deployed engineering, technical product management, or similar at a fast-paced startup.
Deep passion and curiosity for AI systems, including modern Large Language Models (LLMs).
Proven track record of taking complex, strategic ideas and turning them into scalable, production-grade products.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and hypothesis validation.
Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and lead by example when implementing platform standards.
Experience with system architecture and API design concepts.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Hands-on experience with prompt engineering workflows and managing AI-driven technical stacks.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the strategy for migrating prompts from six disparate locations onto a single, unified platform.
Manage the technical prioritization queue for chatbot development and coordinate across engineering, data, and operations teams.
Own the strategic relationship with OpenAI and manage the company's presence in the ChatGPT store.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies such as voicebots and computer use to inform high-level investment decisions.
Act as a systems thinker by diving into API design and architecture to translate complex technical concepts for internal stakeholders.
Utilize SQL to query and analyze data to validate hypotheses and answer product questions.
