Requirements
- 5–8 years of product management experience, ideally in B2C SaaS subscription-based products.
- Proven experience owning growth, lifecycle, and funnel optimization initiatives with measurable impact.
- Deep understanding of experimentation frameworks, analytics, and metrics-driven decision-making (A/B testing, cohort analysis, LTV, conversion, retention).
- Strong product sense with the ability to balance customer experience and business outcomes.
- Solid understanding of subscription economics and hybrid/usage-based pricing models.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience influencing without authority.
- Familiarity with lifecycle marketing and value-prop messaging.
Responsibilities
- Own the INSTRUMENT growth funnel end-to-end: acquisition, onboarding/activation, free-to-paid conversion, and retention.
- Define growth hypotheses and design experiments across pricing, onboarding, and lifecycle messaging.
- Partner with design to shape user flows from concept through to shipped experience.
- Drive delivery alongside engineering by writing specifications and managing sprints.
- Track performance using analytics and event instrumentation to prioritize product changes.
- Identify funnel gaps and surface optimization opportunities to drive business growth.
