Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of shipping web or mobile products to production.
- Proven experience with growth and conversion strategies, including A/B testing, experimentation platforms, and funnel optimization.
- Client-facing experience with the ability to translate client needs into team direction.
- Experience in delivery leadership, maintaining productivity and alignment within distributed teams.
- Technical fluency working with engineers on APIs, feature flags, CMS, and analytics tools.
- Decisiveness under ambiguity and strong executive and client presence.
- Demonstrated ability to sequence work to build velocity and ship continuously.
Responsibilities
- Shape team roadmaps and define high-value product initiatives.
- Establish operating rhythms including planning, standups, demos, and retros for a distributed team.
- Break complex initiatives into sequenced, deliverable milestones.
- Drive end-to-end lifecycle management from discovery and requirements to build, launch, and iteration.
- Run disciplined experiment cycles including hypothesis creation, variant testing, measurement, and shipping.
- Manage stakeholder priorities and represent the product to clients and executives.
- Report on delivery performance and tie outcomes to revenue, acquisition, conversion, and engagement metrics.
