Requirements
- 6+ years experience building and shipping web applications as a designer, engineer, or product manager at tech companies.
- 2+ years experience as a Product Manager at a growth-stage startup.
- Strong product intuition with the ability to identify right solutions for product problems.
- Strong design judgment and technical fluency to collaborate effectively with design and engineering.
- Proven track record of transforming long-term strategy into a prioritized, shovel-ready roadmap.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills suitable for a documentation-first culture.
- Ability to work asynchronously.
- Ability to make decisions with imperfect information and operate with autonomy.
- Genuine empathy for users and teammates.
Responsibilities
- Own your team's roadmap and figure out what to build and when.
- Perform user interviews, market analysis, competitive teardowns, and data analysis.
- Leverage AI tools to analyze customer tickets, sales calls, usage data, and competitor research.
- Partner with design and engineering teams to refine UX, estimate efforts, and manage scope.
- Drive consensus and decision-making on priorities while maintaining documentation-first communication.
- Analyze and communicate the impact of features after shipping.
