- Own the INSTRUMENT growth funnel end-to-end: acquisition, onboarding/activation, free-to-paid conversion, and retention.
- Define growth hypotheses and design experiments across pricing, onboarding, and lifecycle messaging.
- Partner with design to shape user flows from concept through to shipped experience.
- Drive delivery alongside engineering by writing specifications and managing sprints.
- Track performance using analytics and event instrumentation to prioritize product changes.
- Identify funnel gaps and surface optimization opportunities to drive business growth.
