Requirements:

4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of running successful influencer and affiliate campaigns
Strong understanding of influencer and affiliate marketing strategies, tools, and best practices
Experience with influencer marketing platforms (ie: Later and Rakuten)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

Identify, recruit, and engage with key influencers
Develop and manage influencer campaigns
Oversee the day-to-day management of Splice’s affiliate marketing program
Work closely with Product Marketing, Content, and Brand to create measurable integrated campaigns
Design compelling assets in concert with our creative team that support influencer and affiliate campaign success
Partner with our data and analytics team to dashboard and report on the performance of influencer and affiliate campaigns, providing actionable insights for future strategies.
