Requirements:

5+ years of proven experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
Proficient in calendar management across time zones, task coordination, and time management.
Extremely well organized and detail-oriented
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, address potential issues, and make quick, informed decisions
Proven experience in planning, organizing, and managing events, including meetings, conferences, and special events
Efficient with remote work tools such as Zoom, Google Workspace, and Slack

Responsibilities:

Responsible for scheduling appointments, meetings, and events on behalf of the executive.
Manage all requested aspects of the executive's travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and other accommodations as necessary.
Oversee the preparation, submission, and tracking of expense reports for the executive.
Provide logistical support for various administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the executive.
Assist with managing and organizing materials related to the executive's projects or initiatives.
