Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a reporting, analytics, or data-focused marketing role.
- Hands-on proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Experience with social platform analytics.
- Proven ability to translate data into plain-language insights.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple reporting cycles and deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail with data sense-checking capability.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with peers and clients.
- Baseline understanding of current data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience with reporting or visualisation tools like Looker Studio or Supermetrics is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain monthly performance reports for all clients using Agency Analytics.
- Consolidate data from paid media, social platforms, and website analytics into cohesive reports.
- Collaborate with leads to ensure reports provide meaningful narrative and actionable insights.
- Monitor cross-client performance trends to flag anomalies, opportunities, and risks.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support specialists and account teams with specific business questions.
- Develop and improve reporting templates and dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Recommend tools and process improvements to increase efficiency and data quality.
