  • Experience with social platform analytics.
  • Proven ability to translate data into plain-language insights.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple reporting cycles and deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with data sense-checking capability.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with peers and clients.
  • Baseline understanding of current data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience with reporting or visualisation tools like Looker Studio or Supermetrics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain monthly performance reports for all clients using Agency Analytics.
  • Consolidate data from paid media, social platforms, and website analytics into cohesive reports.
  • Collaborate with leads to ensure reports provide meaningful narrative and actionable insights.
  • Monitor cross-client performance trends to flag anomalies, opportunities, and risks.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support specialists and account teams with specific business questions.
  • Develop and improve reporting templates and dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Recommend tools and process improvements to increase efficiency and data quality.
