- Review existing SaaS, cloud infrastructure, data, advertising technology, software, and service-provider agreements.
- Lead commercial negotiations with vendors to secure improved pricing, terms, and service levels.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs, eliminate redundancies, and optimize technology spend.
- Research and evaluate alternative vendors, products, and platforms to strengthen negotiating leverage and improve value.
- Develop vendor consolidation strategies across multiple business units and acquired companies.
- Partner with Leadership teams to understand business needs and procurement priorities.
- Analyze software utilization and spending to identify optimization opportunities.
- Support procurement activities related to new products, initiatives, and acquisitions.
- Assist with post-acquisition integration efforts, including contract consolidation and vendor rationalization.
- Create visibility into vendor commitments, renewal schedules, pricing structures, and savings opportunities.
