Requirements

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or advertising operations.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, CleverTap, or Mailchimp.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email and landing page design (Webflow experience preferred).
  • Experience with Google Analytics (Tagging), Facebook Business Manager, and ad tracking tools.
  • Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar software.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to refine and QA marketing creatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and experience with A/B testing.
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising fundamentals (CPC, CPM, CPA, CTR, ROAS).
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute online advertising campaigns across display, social media, and email marketing channels.
  • Utilize email platforms like Klaviyo and CleverTap to schedule and optimize campaigns.
  • Coordinate and traffic ad creatives to partners, managing banners, landing pages, and email templates.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI to optimize results.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.
