Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience working with HTML and Liquid in a production environment.
  • Experience building and maintaining email templates or messaging templates, with practical implementation experience.
  • Previous experience creating, testing, or supporting email marketing and digital communication campaigns.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable managing changing priorities and working within fast-moving operational environments.
  • Experience with JSON, APIs, or technical integrations is a plus.
  • Experience supporting localized campaigns across multiple languages is preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Zeta Marketing Platform is an advantage.
  • Understanding of email marketing regulations and digital privacy requirements across different regions is beneficial.
  • Experience using Airtable or similar operational tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile or sprint-based campaign environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Build, update, and maintain email and messaging templates using HTML and Liquid in a production environment.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns within campaign management platforms and proprietary messaging tools.
  • Support communication initiatives across more than 33 languages, ensuring accuracy and consistency across localized experiences.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to templates, campaigns, formatting, and messaging workflows.
  • Review campaign requests, identify potential challenges, and proactively implement solutions without requiring constant direction.
  • Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, and global stakeholders to deliver campaigns on schedule.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support continuous improvement of marketing operations processes, workflows, and campaign execution standards.
