Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of virtual work experience (agency background preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience using GoHighLevel at both agency and sub-account levels.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Pixel setup, UTM tracking, and analytics dashboards.
- Proficiency in creative tools: Canva, CapCut, and Descript.
- Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn business pages.
- Capability in email list hygiene, tagging, segmentation, and campaign scheduling.
- Ability to manage outbound engagement, DM management, and call booking.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle challenging deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Configure GoHighLevel sub-accounts, including domain, email, SMS, and branding settings.
- Build lead magnet and VSL funnels and design automated workflows and email campaigns.
- Edit and repurpose content using Canva, Descript, and CapCut.
- Manage social media engagement, DMs, and outbound outreach on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Track performance metrics, including Meta Pixel, UTM parameters, and Google Analytics.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene, lead tagging, and follow-up processes.
