- Support the employee onboarding process and ensure new hires are proficient with the technology stack.
- Assist with HR document, process, and compliance audits, ensuring documentation and training completion.
- Maintain accurate HR records within Rippling and other HR systems.
- Support recruitment by sourcing candidates, managing pipelines, and participating in interviews.
- Maintain and update training curricula, onboarding materials, and internal resources.
- Create SOPs, workflow documentation, process maps, and training materials.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline HR workflows through automation and AI tools.
- Maintain workflows within monday.com and other operational platforms.
