Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations for a U.S.-based company, including onboarding, compliance, or employee lifecycle support.
- Experience using monday.com and HRIS platforms such as Rippling.
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong, proactive communication skills.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and platforms.
- Experience creating clear documentation, SOPs, or process materials.
- Comfortable using AI tools to support content creation and process efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive and self-directed in a fully remote environment.
- Ability to maintain 5–6 hours of overlap with Pacific Time (PT).
Responsibilities
- Support the employee onboarding process and ensure new hires are proficient with the technology stack.
- Assist with HR document, process, and compliance audits, ensuring documentation and training completion.
- Maintain accurate HR records within Rippling and other HR systems.
- Support recruitment by sourcing candidates, managing pipelines, and participating in interviews.
- Maintain and update training curricula, onboarding materials, and internal resources.
- Create SOPs, workflow documentation, process maps, and training materials.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline HR workflows through automation and AI tools.
- Maintain workflows within monday.com and other operational platforms.
