- Provide technical support for end users and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and administer Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Perform basic administration and troubleshooting of Active Directory.
- Assist with Azure user, access, and configuration-related issues.
- Troubleshoot Exchange Online issues, including mail flow, Outlook, and mailbox-related problems.
- Diagnose and resolve printer and printing-related issues.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and Wi-Fi issues.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating system and common application issues.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate technical team when required.
- Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
