- Provide HR administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle
- Work closely with the HR Business Partner on HR initiatives, employee concerns, and documentation
- Assist in employee coaching efforts, including documentation, follow-ups, and coordination of action plans
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including coordination and document processing
- Serve as the first point of contact for general HR inquiries and employee support
- Help plan and support employee engagement initiatives in a remote setup (e.g., virtual activities, surveys, recognition programs) or in person whenever needed
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Assist with timekeeping, leave tracking, and basic HR reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Payroll, IT, and Operations to support HR processes
- Handles the issuance of equipment to new hires and ensures proper documentation during onboarding
- Manages the retrieval of company equipment from resigning employees and maintains custody of assets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Perform other HR-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the HR Business Partner or PH Operations Head
