  • 5+ years of experience leading teams.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplace, or startup environments.
  • Expert-level knowledge of HubSpot CRM design, automation, and reporting.
  • Deep experience in sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Demonstrated success designing sales compensation plans and incentive systems.
  • Strong experience collaborating with Data and Finance teams.
  • Mastery of spreadsheets, dashboards, and data interpretation.
  • Ability to set vision and drive strategy in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the long-term Sales Operations strategy aligned to Roo’s revenue growth and GTM model.
  • Define and manage the roadmap for CRM architecture, automation, and workflow optimization in HubSpot.
  • Oversee all forecasting activities, implementing multi-level forecasting and KPI tracking.
  • Manage end-to-end sales compensation design, quota setting, and territory design.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Sales Ops team.
  • Partner with Finance, Data, and Growth teams to ensure data integrity and actionable insights.
