Requirements
- 10+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy roles.
- 5+ years of experience leading teams.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplace, or startup environments.
- Expert-level knowledge of HubSpot CRM design, automation, and reporting.
- Deep experience in sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Demonstrated success designing sales compensation plans and incentive systems.
- Strong experience collaborating with Data and Finance teams.
- Mastery of spreadsheets, dashboards, and data interpretation.
- Ability to set vision and drive strategy in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for influencing stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the long-term Sales Operations strategy aligned to Roo’s revenue growth and GTM model.
- Define and manage the roadmap for CRM architecture, automation, and workflow optimization in HubSpot.
- Oversee all forecasting activities, implementing multi-level forecasting and KPI tracking.
- Manage end-to-end sales compensation design, quota setting, and territory design.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Sales Ops team.
- Partner with Finance, Data, and Growth teams to ensure data integrity and actionable insights.
