Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in business operations, corporate strategy, program management, or Chief of Staff roles.
- Proven track record in a leadership capacity at a high-growth tech or SaaS company.
- Experience owning annual planning processes and cross-functional prioritization at scale.
- Ability to build minimal, effective operational structure that enables speed.
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to synthesize complexity into crisp narratives.
- Experience hiring, structuring, and developing high-performing, versatile teams.
- Expertise in data synthesis across product, sales, and operations.
- High level of comfort with ambiguity and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own Engine's operating cadence, including MBRs, QBRs, and annual planning.
- Drive strategic planning and resource allocation by partnering with Finance and People teams.
- Lead high-stakes, cross-functional strategic initiatives as the directly responsible individual (DRI).
- Provide executive visibility and analytics through dashboards and reporting.
- Serve as an operating partner to the ELT to synthesize data and remove organizational bottlenecks.
- Build and scale a centralized function of program managers and business operators.
- Embed AI-driven efficiency to automate operational cadence and data collection.
