- Partner with Product Manager, internal stakeholders, and go-to-market teams to gather, document, and validate product requirements.
- Transform mid-to-high-level Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) into detailed, low-level PRDs—including edge cases, dependencies, and integration considerations.
- Create comprehensive epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria from detailed PRDs; keep all documentation current as requirements evolve.
- Own and maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog that aligns with overall product strategy and roadmap commitments.
- Run agile ceremonies in partnership with your Technical Program Manager—sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Serve as the primary communication bridge between the development squad and business stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of scope, status, and expectations.
- Partner with QA teams to define test cases and acceptance criteria for all user stories.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date product documentation, including release notes, user guides, and functional specifications.
- Use data and analytics to measure product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and inform prioritization decisions.
