Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap for operational process development, improvement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Serve as the primary owner for core operational processes, ensuring clear accountability, governance, and long-term sustainability.
- Align operational systems and processes with strategic priorities to enable a high-performing organization.
- Design, oversee, and continuously improve cross-functional processes, including knowledge management, feedback systems, contact management, and operational tools.
- Evaluate process performance using data, feedback, and organizational insights to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure strong integration between interconnected organizational processes, including planning, budgeting, talent initiatives, and operational execution.
- Partner with senior leaders and functional teams to establish shared expectations, responsibilities, and adoption strategies.
- Collaborate with technology and operational teams to evaluate, implement, and govern systems that support business processes.
- Lead change management strategies for new and evolving processes, including communication plans, training approaches, and adoption mechanisms.
- Build repeatable systems that improve efficiency, consistency, and collaboration across teams.
