Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, business operations, or service delivery roles.
- Experience working within B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, dental technology, or complex software organizations.
- Proven success partnering across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Implementation, Product, and Engineering.
- Ability to build scalable operating frameworks, including KPI systems, forecasting, and operational playbooks.
- Strong leadership experience in developing managers and building accountable, high-performing teams.
- Excellent strategic planning, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multi-product software portfolios and complex operational environments.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational strategy and execution, translating business objectives into scalable plans and performance goals.
- Build and optimize operating models across Customer Success, Support, Implementation, Sales, and Marketing.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize customer-driven initiatives and platform improvements.
- Establish business operating processes including forecasting, KPI reviews, and executive reporting.
- Develop operational dashboards and continuous improvement initiatives for data-informed decision-making.
- Streamline processes, automate workflows, and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of operational excellence.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align priorities and manage strategic change.
