Requirements
- Proven track record of leading people strategy through significant organizational transformation.
- Experience with AI-driven workforce shifts, rapid scaling, or major technology pivots in enterprise technology or SaaS environments.
- Demonstrated ability to operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Finance, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition.
- Experience building and scaling a People Business Partner team.
- Executive-level presence and credibility to advise C-suite and VP-level leaders in high-stakes situations.
- Proven ability to lead effectively across time zones in a fully remote environment.
- Experience advising global engineering teams with on-call responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior people partner to several C-level executives and their executive teams to execute a global people strategy.
- Architect and lead large-scale organizational transformation, including organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
- Utilize people analytics to provide clear insights into organizational health, capability gaps, and leadership effectiveness.
- Provide direct coaching to executives on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and complex organizational challenges.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management to align company-wide people programs.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of People Business Partners.
