Requirements
- 7–10 years of HR Business Partner experience supporting high-growth technology organizations.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with Engineering, Product, or technical organizations through rapid growth.
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate business priorities into people strategies.
- Proven ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels using data and sound judgment.
- Proficiency in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Experience navigating complex employee relations situations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a builder mindset.
- Experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Deep knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Design, Security Research, and Data leaders to scale high-performing organizations.
- Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and resourcing strategies.
- Coach managers and leaders through the challenges of hypergrowth, talent development, and organizational change.
- Drive talent reviews, calibration, succession planning, and promotion discussions.
- Utilize workforce data to identify risks and improve team effectiveness.
- Manage employee relations matters with sound judgment.
- Partner with People Operations to build scalable people programs and processes.
