Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or Finance (Master’s/MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with specific expertise in leading HRBP teams and HR Operations.
  • Proven track record in managing HR for the Americas.
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate across different time zones and functional departments (COEs and Regional Peers).
  • Ability to move between high-level organizational strategy and on-the-ground operational problem-solving.
  • Diplomatic and persuasive communication style with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Deep familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in utilizing data-driven insights to evaluate functional effectiveness and guide strategic planning.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Regional HR Leaders for EMEA and APJ to ensure global alignment of HR strategies.
  • Act as a bridge between the business and Centers of Excellence for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Total Rewards.
  • Collaborate with functional HRBPs across regions to ensure a consistent global Employee Experience.
  • Serve as the 'Face of HR' for the Americas, ensuring legal compliance and cultural health in the US and Brazil.
  • Direct and mentor a multi-disciplinary team including the HR Manager (Brazil), Employee Relations, and HR Operations & Compliance.
  • Lead the optimization of HR services using Workday and ServiceNow to automate workflows.
  • Provide high-level HRBP support to the Customer Success organization and corporate functions like IT, InfoSec, Legal, and Finance.
