Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in partner sales, channel management, or alliances.
- Proven track record in B2B enterprise software.
- Experience working with large GSIs (e.g., Accenture, Cognizant, Deloitte, IBM, Capgemini) or regional SIs in a co-sell capacity.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles, deal mechanics, and pipeline management.
- Fluency in Salesforce for pipeline tracking and deal management.
- Excellent communication and executive presence.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a remote, distributed environment.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed partner-sourced revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Own partner-sourced and partner-involved ARR targets for your region.
- Build and manage a healthy joint pipeline with assigned GSI/RSI partners and Tech Alliances.
- Drive deal registration discipline and ensure accurate opportunity tracking in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal Sales teams to co-sell and accelerate partner-influenced opportunities.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for strategic regional partners and lead executive business reviews.
- Develop and execute joint GTM plans aligned to partner-specific industry verticals.
- Coordinate partner enablement, including certifications and deal support.
- Maintain accurate partner data and contribute to coverage planning.
