Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.); M.B.A. preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business strategy and/or partnership management.
- Experience within a leading SaaS or software company, or a strategy consulting firm.
- Strong ability to prioritize and triage partner-related issues.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Skilled at navigating, understanding, and enforcing contracts.
- Strong technical competence or high motivation to learn technology.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, always-on environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized mindset.
- Experience in acute care is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Corporate Development, Strategy, and GTM leadership to scope and structure business opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute analyses and develop large-scale business recommendations.
- Manage the full lifecycle of partnerships from identification through negotiation to deal close.
- Create business cases, financial models, work plans, and competitive evaluations.
- Interview vendors, customers, and industry leaders to maintain subject matter expertise.
- Represent the partnership organization in meetings with partner executives.
- Maintain all partnership records and interactions within Salesforce.
