Requirements

  • B.S. or B.A. from a university or college; M.B.A. preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business strategy and/or partnership management at a leading SaaS or software company or strategy consulting firm.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to prioritize partner-related issues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, always-on environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized mindset.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to collaborate and seize opportunities.
  • Skilled at navigating, understanding, and enforcing contracts.
  • Strong technical competence or tech-curious and motivated to learn.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in acute care is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product, Corporate Development, Corporate Strategy, and Go-To-Market leadership to structure business questions into partner-powered projects.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to execute analyses and develop large-scale new business recommendations.
  • Manage partnerships from identification through to deal close and product launch, considering build/buy/partner strategies.
  • Create business cases, financial models, work plans, and competitive evaluations.
  • Interview vendors, customers, and industry leaders to maintain subject matter expertise.
  • Negotiate and implement business development agreements to drive measurable results.
  • Represent the partnership organization in meetings with partner company executives.
  • Maintain partnership records and interactions in Salesforce.
