Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in partner-facing leadership, business operations, sales operations, or partner performance.
- Experience in the telecom or technology industry preferred.
- Strong people leadership experience in complex, matrixed environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales operations, or partner management.
- Demonstrated ability to translate broad business goals into clear team priorities and execution plans.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and business intelligence/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and business insights to manage performance and improve outcomes.
- Experience driving cross-functional change and process improvement in a large enterprise environment.
- Strong organizational discipline and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Strategic Partner Execution Managers.
- Define strategic direction, operating priorities, and performance frameworks for assigned partner portfolios.
- Design and improve the operating model, including workflows, governance, and business review cadence.
- Drive team execution against business outcomes tied to billed revenue retention, growth, and operational health.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT to remove systemic barriers and align priorities.
- Engage C- and VP-level operational leaders at partner companies to ensure coordination.
- Establish reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into portfolio trends and operational risks.
- Identify and lead initiatives to improve partner experience and internal efficiency.
