Requirements

  • 8+ years in technology, operations, and/or analytics roles.
  • At least 5 years in progressive leadership roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Deep familiarity with Workday and People systems landscape.
  • Experience with modern BI environments (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
  • Track record of designing and stewarding consistent, automatable People processes.
  • Proficiency in HR processes including recruiting, onboarding, performance/talent management, benefits, and payroll.
  • Strong record of cross-functional collaboration and change management.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven success leading large-scale digital transformations.

Responsibilities

  • Architect a seamless, scalable, and data-driven employee experience.
  • Translate team and employee needs into People technology strategy and requirements.
  • Partner with leadership to deliver high-impact workforce analytics and predictive insights.
  • Automate manual processes to eliminate workflow friction.
  • Manage roadmap prioritization and trade-offs for People technology and data initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Business Systems, Data, and Finance teams to drive organizational productivity.
