Requirements
- 8+ years in technology, operations, and/or analytics roles.
- At least 5 years in progressive leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Deep familiarity with Workday and People systems landscape.
- Experience with modern BI environments (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Track record of designing and stewarding consistent, automatable People processes.
- Proficiency in HR processes including recruiting, onboarding, performance/talent management, benefits, and payroll.
- Strong record of cross-functional collaboration and change management.
- Ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven success leading large-scale digital transformations.
Responsibilities
- Architect a seamless, scalable, and data-driven employee experience.
- Translate team and employee needs into People technology strategy and requirements.
- Partner with leadership to deliver high-impact workforce analytics and predictive insights.
- Automate manual processes to eliminate workflow friction.
- Manage roadmap prioritization and trade-offs for People technology and data initiatives.
- Collaborate with Business Systems, Data, and Finance teams to drive organizational productivity.
