Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HRIS.
  • Significant experience with Workday configuration, implementation, and reporting.
  • Proven experience leading global HRIS implementations and operations.
  • Experience managing HR-focused data analytics functions.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability in delivering people technology strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the global People Systems strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee Workday configuration, maintenance, and upgrades in partnership with Technology Operations.
  • Manage and develop the People Systems team to foster excellence and collaboration.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and SOX compliance, and build a framework for people analytics.
  • Lead People Systems projects while collaborating with HR, IT, and business leaders.
  • Drive the integration of AI into People processes.
