Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of experience in HRIS.
- Significant experience with Workday configuration, implementation, and reporting.
- Proven experience leading global HRIS implementations and operations.
- Experience managing HR-focused data analytics functions.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability in delivering people technology strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the global People Systems strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee Workday configuration, maintenance, and upgrades in partnership with Technology Operations.
- Manage and develop the People Systems team to foster excellence and collaboration.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and SOX compliance, and build a framework for people analytics.
- Lead People Systems projects while collaborating with HR, IT, and business leaders.
- Drive the integration of AI into People processes.
