Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business systems development leadership.
- Expert-level architectural knowledge in at least two of: NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, or Boomi.
- Experience managing the evolution of a complex SaaS ecosystem.
- Expertise establishing and managing high-output delivery teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Extensive experience managing high-output consultant teams and staff augmentation models.
- Deep understanding of middleware and integration patterns (e.g., Boomi, Mulesoft).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Responsibilities
- Lead the Technology delivery team, managing resource capacity and delivery velocity.
- Own and continuously improve the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process.
- Drive the long-term roadmap for core enterprise applications (NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, Boomi).
- Implement strategic roadmap for AI-driven workflows and enterprise automation initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships with third-party consultants and staff augmentation partners.
- Collaborate with Systems leadership and business teams to align technology initiatives.
- Ensure alignment and integrity of data across enterprise systems and data platforms.
