- Demonstrated success in outbound sales, self-generated pipeline building, and enterprise deal-closing.
- Established network of decision-makers in Consumer Brands and Retail.
- Strong personal brand as a LinkedIn thought leader and industry speaker.
- Expertise in navigating complex, competitive sales cycles.
- Ability to craft compelling narratives aligning solutions with client pain points.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to work closely with senior leadership (GMs/VPs).
- Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline and deal management.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure net-new client engagements with mid-market Consumer and Retail brands.
- Develop a proactive outbound sales strategy using personal networks, industry events, and LinkedIn thought leadership.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring consistent movement from outreach to closed business.
- Understand client commerce media challenges and articulate Goodway’s capabilities as solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
- Navigate competitive sales cycles and articulate unique differentiators in Commerce Media, Retail Media Networks, and Outcome Engineering.
- Work with Pitchlab and internal stakeholders to scope communications and meet pitch-related commitments.
- Collaborate with SVP, BDs, and Brand VPs to ensure smooth transitions from sales to client success teams.
- Represent the company at industry panels, conferences, and networking events.
