Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional sales experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in the translation, localization, or language services industry.
  • Demonstrated hunter mindset with result-oriented and competitive approach.
  • Deep understanding of the sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Strong proficiency in consultative selling, prospecting, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • University degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth and consistently achieve or exceed annual sales targets across the US.
  • Proactively identify, hunt, and convert new opportunities into signed deals.
  • Generate and qualify leads through strategic outreach, cold-calling, networking, and social selling.
  • Build and develop relationships with enterprise customers through value-based and consultative conversations.
  • Manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline while maintaining accurate forecasting.
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline in HubSpot.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process including proposals, RFPs, RFIs, MSAs, and contract negotiations.
  • Represent the company in meetings with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Visit prospects and customers onsite regularly to strengthen relationships.
