Requirements
- 5+ years of professional sales experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in the translation, localization, or language services industry.
- Demonstrated hunter mindset with result-oriented and competitive approach.
- Deep understanding of the sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing.
- Strong proficiency in consultative selling, prospecting, and pipeline management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Effective time management skills.
- University degree (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth and consistently achieve or exceed annual sales targets across the US.
- Proactively identify, hunt, and convert new opportunities into signed deals.
- Generate and qualify leads through strategic outreach, cold-calling, networking, and social selling.
- Build and develop relationships with enterprise customers through value-based and consultative conversations.
- Manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline while maintaining accurate forecasting.
- Maintain strong CRM discipline in HubSpot.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process including proposals, RFPs, RFIs, MSAs, and contract negotiations.
- Represent the company in meetings with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Visit prospects and customers onsite regularly to strengthen relationships.
