Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in technology, engineering, or architecture roles.
- Meaningful AI/ML build exposure in the last 3–4 years.
- Deep working knowledge of the modern AI tooling landscape including LLMs, agentic frameworks, RPA, vector databases, and no-code/low-code platforms.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles sufficient to identify data risk in AI deployments.
- Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.
- Proven ability to drive enterprise change through influence across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience operating in multi-country organizations with diverse regulatory and compliance contexts.
- Track record of quantifying and communicating business value from technology initiatives.
- Experience in change management, organizational learning, or internal consulting.
- Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software organizations preferred.
- Experience building or advising AI Centers of Excellence or internal innovation programs preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end AI workflows connecting data platforms, AI models, and internal applications.
- Provide tailored guidance on AI tools, architectures, LLM integration, and workflow automation.
- Ensure AI deployments align with security posture, data governance, and multi-country regulatory requirements.
- Develop enablement content, playbooks, and training programs to raise AI literacy across the organization.
- Define success metrics for AI initiatives, monitor adoption, and present ROI and strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Establish and lead communities of practice to facilitate knowledge sharing and prevent duplicated effort.
- Monitor the evolving AI vendor landscape and represent the company at industry events.
