Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in technology, engineering, or architecture roles.
  • Meaningful AI/ML build exposure in the last 3–4 years.
  • Deep working knowledge of the modern AI tooling landscape including LLMs, agentic frameworks, RPA, vector databases, and no-code/low-code platforms.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles sufficient to identify data risk in AI deployments.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to drive enterprise change through influence across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience operating in multi-country organizations with diverse regulatory and compliance contexts.
  • Track record of quantifying and communicating business value from technology initiatives.
  • Experience in change management, organizational learning, or internal consulting.
  • Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software organizations preferred.
  • Experience building or advising AI Centers of Excellence or internal innovation programs preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end AI workflows connecting data platforms, AI models, and internal applications.
  • Provide tailored guidance on AI tools, architectures, LLM integration, and workflow automation.
  • Ensure AI deployments align with security posture, data governance, and multi-country regulatory requirements.
  • Develop enablement content, playbooks, and training programs to raise AI literacy across the organization.
  • Define success metrics for AI initiatives, monitor adoption, and present ROI and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Establish and lead communities of practice to facilitate knowledge sharing and prevent duplicated effort.
  • Monitor the evolving AI vendor landscape and represent the company at industry events.
